Super stoked about the quality of install/parts and the aesthetic of my truck. Craig was great to work with. Handled everything over the phone and email, including pricing, scheduling, and installation. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but he was able to answer all of the decision-making questions for me. They squeezed me into a Holiday week and end of Q4, and I couldn’t be happier. Ready to run her through a gauntlet. There were some unforeseen delays, but communication was great throughout. Strapt will be my go-to shop for Carli upgrades.

I worked with Ryan Vink at Strapt Performance shop. I had a lot of rookie questions for him as it is my first time leveling or lifting a truck. He was great to work with, answered all my questions (especially rookie ones), and very responsive - even when he’s not working or at the shop. My 2021 F150 truck was a bit tricker due to my 3.0L Powerstroke diesel engine. Not a lot of leveling/lifting kits will confirm if it will work on my truck so this took a lot of researching and asking questions. Ryan really helped me narrow down the choices for the kit and also advised on the tire size to avoid trimming or cutting.
