I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about Straub Collision. Every employee I dealt with was helpful and kind, and my car looks spectacular. I rarely leave reviews but was so happy with my experience that I felt compelled to do so!

Ridiculously long wait and crap customer service. This shop has had my car for almost 4 weeks now and I was promised my car on 11/5 (according to my estimate). It is now 11/11 and I am still without a car and no clear answers. When I question why its taking so long and why they didn't order or get my wheels until yesterday, i'm told im acting like im upset instead of getting real answers. All I have to say is, I was told it would be ready 11/5, then 11/6 or 11/7 then on 11/10 I'm told they are still waiting on the wheels, yet they have had 4 weeks to order them! Now today (11/11) i call and they tell me they got the wrong wheels and they had to reorder them. Something is going on and someone isnt being straight with me. Not to mention, when I called about my estimate literally 4 weeks ago,

I dropped my car off early, and they squeezed me in. I got it back way before I was supposed to. They did an awesome job. They even cleaned it up real nice.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Straub Collision Center, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. If you're ever in need of collision repairs, I highly recommend them- they go above and beyond!
