I had a HORRIBLE experience. Took vehicle in for alternator and rear busted caliper. Vehicle was dropped off monday night. Tuesday mid day, hadn't heard anything. Called for an update. Approved work on vehicle. Wednesday, hear nothing call for an update. Was told taking a while and pulled off the lift for other work. Thursday, I called again. Friday night at 5 I was finally able to pickup the vehicle, cost was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than quoted. He was argumentative when I expressed frustration at the fact I had called them multiple times for updates, yet work was done I hadn't approved of because it "impeded the process". Half the parts were just replaced, half I had already sitting ready at home. Not once in this process did they call me. The next morning, I immediately call to point out

Was recommended this places from some friends, had a small collision, radiator was cracked. They saw did diag on Thursday, got everything done by Monday following week. Transparent and straight forward. Love it. Very friendly and affordable repair.

The auto shop we used to go to changed ownership and it just wasn't the same so we tried this place and would highly recommend them. They are honest and very reliable/accurate with time and cost estimates. They also helped me out a ton when looking to purchase another vehicle. I think all the nice reviews cover it all; very fair pricing, friendly, reliable, and honest.
