These guys are extremely knowledgeable and easy to interact with! At no point did I feel nervous about leaving me car there. Their rates are extremely reasonable, and it's family-owned and ran. They make you feel welcome and they are honest. I'll gladly continue taking my old Buick there for anything. I strongly recommend any of my friends and family go here and give these wonderful gentlemen your business.
Rick is an amazing mechanic. I have taken my car to him many times now. He is fairly priced and will get your car back to you as soon as possible. I would drive back home from college that is 2.5 hours away to get my car fixed by him, because he is the only person that I trust and can rely on. I would recommend him to anyone! If you need a mechanic, go to Strauss Auto.
I came in to have my battery replaced today and he did it right there on the spot. The whole thing, from driving up to his shop to leaving with my new battery couldn't have taken more than half an hour. He was also incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I'm happy to give Rick 5 stars!
We had a slow, leaky tire, so we stopped here. They were able to take care of us right away. They plugged the leak and we were on our way in twenty minutes.
