They are quick and professional I get to stay in my car, they show me on the stick that the oil is full, they start it stop it pressurize it. Let me know if it was low when I got there. And I'm in and out. It's a little pricey but at least I didn't spend 3 hours of my life there. I only spent 10 minutes and my time is valuable LOL
They were very pleasant ☺️ and professional, and they were very fast . The price was very good also . I will definitely recommend to family and friend's. And it was under 10 minutes. Thank you Strickland Brothers f or your great service .
The customer service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. My wife and I felt very comfortable with him and his team working on our car. They did a FANTASTIC job.
I had admittedly ran my oil too low and had my emergency oil light pop up 30 minutes before they closed. By the time I arrived, they only had 15 minutes left in their business day. These kind people decided to go ahead and give me service even though they were all cleaned up early to go home because they recognized me as a regular and saw I had an emergency. I absolutely love Strickland and go no where else, even though I live in Springfield now.
Love this place workers are friendly fast and courteous. I would highly recommend. Last oil change was literally 9 mins.
