These guys were AWESOME! My service techs were Christian Williams and Bridget Hrynczuk. I was greeted by Christian immediately and he was very polite and friendly. I had an oil change as well as my inspection. He promptly instructed me which bay to pull into where he and Bridget went to work! They both were super friendly and fast and seemed to have a great Rhythm and were very thorough.Give these two a raise because this is the best service I’ve had here at Strickland Brothers in Cherryville, NC ever!!!! I’ll definitely be back!!!
I have been getting my oil changed with Strickland Brothers since they have been in Cherryville. So convenient. Love that I can just sit in my car. Staff very knowledgeable and customer service is amazing. Always a great experience there. Also, I receive coupons before next oil change and I used the $20 off today. Highly recommend.
I was running late for a doctor appointment in Charlotte, I live in Cherryville. When I started out for Charlotte my oil light popped on. I thankfully ran across Strickland Brothers 10 minute oil change and they helped me right away. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and precise. They informed me of the different types of oil and the cost. They checked my headlights and checked my filter. The filter was removed so I could see it personally and I was asked if I wanted it replaced. The price was reasonable and I really appreciated the extra service. The place I normally go to, doesn’t do anything extra. It was all done for my safety and I am so happy that I chose to stop there. I’d recommend Strickland Brothers 10 minute oil change to anyone. It was all done in 10 minutes and I made it
3 out of the 4 bolts holding the skid plate on were left out on my truck. The skid plate is barely hanging on. I have been driving like this for over two weeks and just noticed it. I have had my oil changed at least the past 3 times at this location. This is ridiculous. I just ordered new bolts if they don’t thread in because the threads are stripped out, it’s gonna be a bad day for someone.
Great experience. The guys were very professional and quick. Definitely plan on going back next time I need an oil change.
