Great service from start to finish. They responded quickly and took the time to explain that I had two leaks, making sure I understood the issue. They immediately came up with solutions and addressed the problem right away. The staff was very polite, professional, and patient. Before I left, they went over my receipt with me in detail so there were no questions or confusion. I really appreciated the clear communication and fast, efficient service.
I went for an oil change but couldn’t even get my car in the chamber straight with the directions they were giving me. It was so awkward that I just decided to go elsewhere. As I was leaving, it felt like one of the guys smacked my car as for me to get it out… are you all okay up there? Just doing anything? Is it because I’m a woman and he was irritated because I no longer wanted people incapable of directing a car performing my oil change? 3 men surrounding the car and all telling me a different direction.. Should I come with men next time? Does that guarantee no bs and slapping cars? Help me understand. Thanks.
Great service at this spot. They great you immediately and give you a bottle of water while you wait. I appreciated them keeping me in the loop of what was needed. One of the gentleman Cordaro did great and you can tell he’s a great leader there. I’ll definitely be going back for further maintenance.
I haven't gone to Strickland brothers for a while now and I trust their service. They do not overcharge you and they make sure you get what you need. They are very efficient and they explained every detail. I have a Cadillac XT5 and my car runs perfectly once I finish with them. Highly recommend it.
Had a great experience at Strickland Brothers 10 min Oil change. Technicians we’re very polite, I was offered water at the beginning of my service. Most of all my tech Bryan was the best he took the time to explain certain things to me and pointed out items where I needed additional attention. He’s the best definitely will be returning and recommending.
