Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I came in for a routine oil change on my Honda Accord along with my annual inspection, and I had a great experience. Lawrence was very friendly and took excellent care of me as soon as I arrived. He made sure my tires were properly inflated and that all fluids were checked and topped off as needed. A big thank you to James, Damon, and Lawrence for doing such an amazing job. Took my car here for the first time since my husband recently brought his in and highly recommended them to me. I had never done one of those drive-thru oil change places before. Usually, when I would get my oil changed, I would be in the waiting room for 1-1.5 hours. I was in and out of Strickland Brothers in exactly 14 mins. Lawrence and Michael were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I had insight into everything they were doing and they were very communicative about the status of air filter, my fluid levels, which oil I wanted to go with and helped me figure out how to reset my oil change light. Overall, 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back.
