Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Strickland Brothers just gained a new customer. I pulled up after being disappointed by Walmart not having a filter for my vehicle. I was immediately greeted by Catherine who was extremely friendly and David came up and both of them showed me th error in my ways with Walmart. I was impressed by the speed, professionalism and friendliness of the service. The fact I was able to stay in my car was a plus. It was a little more than I was used to paying but the money was well worth it. I am now a loyal customer!

David was really good! Polite and efficient. Really was just 10 minutes and changed a nasty old glove box filter i didn't know i had!

Nikki is well versed in vehicle care. More importantly, honest about the service my vehicle needed, without being pushy, or trying to up sale me. Gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision.

I started going here because it was convenient. I now continue going because they provide a great service. Fast & Friendly. Indya did my oil change today and she was great.

The technicians were able to begin my service immediately. I stayed in my car the entire time. They brought all paperwork to my window. They even showed me the dipstick when they were finished to confirm the oil was clean and full. Great job.
