Thank you Titus and Zack for doing such an excellent job on my car today! Fast and friendly service, efficient techs, and my car is running so much better now! They also gave me a free gift of a car freshener with a discount for my next visit! I definitely recommend this shop for all your car maintenance needs! Will definitely be back!

My experience getting oil changes at Strickland Brothers has always been excellent. The team is consistently helpful, offering great service at reasonable prices, and everyone there has such friendly and genuine personalities. The manager at the West Gate City location, in particular, stood out for being professional, responsible, and attentive to every detail. The staff worked in an orderly and efficient manner, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their dedication to quality service and will definitely be returning to Strickland Brothers for any future work on my vehicle.

I had an excellent experience at Strickland Brothers when I stopped in for an oil change. I worked with Seth and Tanner, and both of them were incredibly professional, personable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and made the whole process feel smooth and easy. As an aside, I did witness a situation with another customer, which reminded me how important it is for all of us—no matter where we go—to treat one another with respect and handle misunderstandings with patience and grace. The staff stayed calm and professional, and that only reinforced how great this team really is. It’s not often you find a shop that’s both quick and genuinely customer-oriented, but these guys nailed it. I’ll definitely

First time getting a state inspection as I just moved from Florida so I didn’t know what to expect. The two gentleman running the shop were extremely professional and polite, they were probably the two most efficient workers I’ve seen in an automotive shop. There was 3 people ahead of me when I pulled up and was still out of there within 25 minutes. Price is extremely good and will 100% be returning for any future oil changes and inspections. They also gave me a free air freshener at checkout, it’s the small things that go a long way.

Eric and Tyler's professionalism and customer centered service is exactly what the current business industry needs to remember! A++ All the way and is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys for being what every business owner desires! Wishing continued success to you both!!!
