Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Don’t Recommend…. Went there for a 10 minute oil change & they drained my transmission fluid instead of oil. Over 3 hours later they finally got my oil changed. Audi stated they put too much transmission fluid in & now I need to take it to Audi. Unbelievable, they still charged me after wasting half of my day & the rest at Audi fixing their screw up. Highly Don’t Recommend!

Once again these guys performed a thorough check on all of my fluids and changed the oil. 8 minutes start to finish. Superb service! Their military appreciation policy is the icing on the cake. Courteous attendants took the time to ask if anything else was needed and wished me a blessed day upon leaving. No dealership can compare to this service!

I have been having oil changes here for years and the service has always been excellent. Everyone has always been professional, polite and very well organized. Ed even saved my family by noticing a dangerous malfunction in my van that I was able to have repaired before it became even more expensive and dangerous!

Really appreciate how efficiently service is provided by the professional, friendly staff. I can maintain my vehicles at MY convenience in just minutes! No more rearranging schedules or finding alternative transportation every few months for me!

The guy who was changing my oil gave me excellent advice on my mother in law car. Made me feel important . I'd recommend anyone to come and get ur oil change very fast and convenient.
