Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Great customer service is not something that most quick lube places offer. They show how much they care by doing simple checks like “show me each of your lights including markers” at the start of the oil change. They didn’t pressure on additional services. They explained that my car needs an extra quart of oil (I know), but made sure there were no questions about -what- they were doing and the cost before they started! I had forgotten how amazing these types of services could be. You convinced me in ONE visit. Lee up the great work!

Stopped by the Strickland Brothers off Cobb Parkway in Kennesaw with my blue Ford Fusion and our white GMC Sierra 4-wheel-drive, and had a great experience with both vehicles. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the pricing was competitive, and they were very thorough with the service. They also weren’t pushy at all with extra services, which I really appreciated. The whole visit was quick, easy, and super convenient—exactly what you want from an oil change spot. Highly recommend!

I got my oil change here on Monday, and later noticed that my skid plate was hanging down underneath my car. I came back on Friday to have it checked out, and they reattached it quickly and free of charge, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t make me feel like it was a hassle at all. I genuinely love the work they do every time I come here—they’re always reliable and honest. 10 out of 10, I absolutely recommend them!
