Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Dylan did an excellent job during my oil change. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained what was being done and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s always nice dealing with someone who clearly cares about doing a good job and treating customers well. I really appreciated the great service and will definitely be back.

Best in class service. I arrived 5 minutes before closing (I didn't realize they were about to close...and I felt like a jerk at first). I assumed I would need to come back the next day, but the service technician was super positive and said it was no problem to change my oil. He was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. This was my 2nd visit here with a 2nd vehicle, and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for genuinely great customer service!

Had a top notch experience this week. Dylan and Jackson took great care of me! They were honest about some issues my car was having with low oil and suggested an extra treatment to get rid of any sludge hanging around from going too long between oil changes. Dylan did not make me feel pressured to do the extra treatment, but he made sure I understood exactly why he was suggesting it and made sure to show me how bad the oil looked before they drained it from my car. Jackson and Dylan were both personable, professional, and reliable! I have been to Strickland before and will continue to be a customer.

Amazing service! Kind and efficient workers. Oil change didn't take long and they filled air in our tires free of charge! They also check the air filter etc. and explain clearly. The prices are reasonable and we've had no issues going to them. :)

I have never had anyone tell me I didn't need an oil change before. Super honest team there and went above and beyond expectations. Doesn't seem like they will con anyone into buying something they do not absolutely need. Thanks for being a car mechanic I can trust! 🤗
