Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I recently went to Strickland Brothers in Longwood for an oil change and had a great experience. They were efficient, fast, and very affordable — exactly what you hope for when getting routine maintenance done. What truly sets them apart, though, is the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a place that values both your time and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

My oil change experience as Strickland Brothers in Longwood was incredible. A technician met my car in the driveway with a smile and a complementary bottle of water letting me know that it would only be a few minutes until I could pull into one of the service bays. Upon pulling in, everyone was very friendly and efficient. They saw to my car right away and helped me get set up in their system while explaining to me what they could offer to satisfy what needed to be done. Justin was very friendly and kept his focus to make sure things ran smoothly. Chris was very talented and efficient testing levels and inspecting the engine. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. I intend to return.

Quick and easy process! Eli was friendly and helpful, even made sure to check my tire pressure before I left!

Went for my first time today and had a great experience. Pulled right up and was greeted by two very nice gentlemen, Eli and Isaiah. I actually didn’t know how it worked so I pulled in a parking spot to figure it out and Isaiah came to my car to explain it to me. So sweet! Eli was joking and talking to me and my kiddos the whole time :) Great experience!

Eli was very informative and helpful throughout the process. he provided a price breakdown that was very easy to understand and suggested additional services to make my car run smoother without overselling. all the staff were friendly and direct. this is my second oil change at Strickland Bros and I will be returning.
