Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

The crew at Strickland Brothers was simply awesome. They welcomed me and they went the extra mile to make me smile, particularly Shaun. I’ll be coming back there just because of his quiet. Strength I felt like I was in really good hands, and that goes for the rest of the crew as well

I love seeing businesses do well in our little town. I enjoyed seeing all the great reviews about this place. It's honestly what made me give this place a try. It started off fine with cars in all three days and one waiting. I pulled behind one car that was already in a bay and waited about 4 minutes. A gentleman approached to ask what I was having done. After advising I was getting an oil change and a tire rotation, he told me to move behind the SUV in the middle bay. I moved as instructed. I'm not sure the reason for the move, but it led to me waiting an additional 20-25 minutes while they appeared to laugh and joke with the occupant of that vehicle. During which two other cars come to the bays on each end and were pulled right in because the vehicles that were there had already left

Stopped in off the interstate thinking we might have a bad lifter, and Sean, Tyler, and D took great care of us. They walked us through everything, checked what needed to be checked, and went above and beyond to help. After they finished, the car was running correctly and put our minds at ease. Excellent customer service from all of them — we really appreciate their help and honesty. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience here this morning. There was about a five minute wait. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and efficient, and they were very transparent with pricing. They noticed I needed my air filter changed, mentioned it to me without being pushy, and then went and bought me a new one and put it in without charging me more than the cost of the filter itself. They top off oil, fluids, & tire pressure for free for returning customers. I'll definitely be back.
