I went to get an oil and filter change at Strickland Brothers, formally Havoline. From the time I got there until the time I left, nothing but Great vibes all around. Everyone was very professional and courteous, which made my service that much more enjoyable. The assistant manager, Josh was very knowledgeable and attentive to the customers' needs and the wait time was manageable. I left happy and my car smelled really great. Best experience with an oil change I’ve ever had. Communicative, attentive, friendly and made sure I was happy before I left their shop!! Will be back!
Nothing but goods things to say about this shop + the crew. Brian serviced my car today and was very nice + explained everything to me. He even made sure my tire pressure was good because my sensor was on. Will definitely be back!
Josh the manager was very polite and helpful. I got a oil change and he replaced my cabin filter and oil filter he also gave me a discount, but the price was still high it was cheaper before Strickland took over. I was very satisfied with the work he done and the courtesy he provided it was just the price. But I will still continue to bring my vehicle here.
When i went to get my oil change today at Strickland Brothers Bryan was so very helpful, kind and happy person. Thank you guys for your hardwork for doing this for us customers.
