Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I visited the Strickland Brothers 10 minute oil change in Newberry SC. The young man by the Name of Alex was very professional and knowledgeable about the automotive industry and walked me through step by step. He first shut off by greeting me outside with the water And told me as He pulled me in and did a light safety check. Then he got me set up in the system. Then walk me through the different types of oil and tell me what my car needed after showing me the dipstick and showing me the color of the oil it was black like tar. And he then recommended me to an all system cleaner and then told me that the car Calls for full synthetic. And then asked me did I want to proceed with the full synthetic or if I would like to do something else. And I told him to go ahead and do it the car calls f

Amazing service with a friendly attitude every single time! Never once have I questioned what I was being charged for. They will not do services without asking permission first! Hands down recommend them to all of my family and friends!!

Was a great experience great service very polite and patient came and offered water and it was so good and cold.❤️ While doing my oil change explained everything that was being done. The two guys who helped me with my oil change in Newberry were absolutely very professional, extremely helpful, quick and efficient. I have never had a better experience with an oil change than I did when I went to Newberry. I will certainly be a return customer. Thank you for your service.

This the first chance I've had to update my review. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. They some how lost the oil drain plug and replaced it with a big screw which eventually caused the oil leak. Engine light kept coming on and oil change kept popping up. Took the car back to them several times and each time they lied and said it was an oil seal leak and the oil seals needed to be replaced. I explained to them that this was not happening until they changed my oil. Took it to a more professional auto shop and they showed me what the problem was and that the original oil drain plug had been replaced with a screw that wasn't made for that. On top of that they used recycled oil instead of the Pennzoil I paid for. I really don't like giving bad reviews but this is way to important. By pass thi
