Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Anyone living in the Palm Bay, Melbourne Florida area that needs an oil change, this is the place to go. Especially if your a veteran, you get an extra discount. I just had my first oil change done by them and I have to say it was by far the best service I have ever received. I was greeted by a very friendly Aussie who processed me in and continued to have great conversation while two other very polite, friendly women worked on my truck. Customer service goes a long way and this place sets the example of how a shop should be ran. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and no where else. Best service I have received by far in any oil change location! Super friendly, attentive and fast service. They checked my lights, tire pressure, offered me a water bottle and even had a coupon online for $25 off. Definitely will be back again! See you in 6k miles 😀

This is the best place in town to get your oil changed. They also look over your car to see if anything else is needing fixed. this time they fixed my front blinker and changed out my air filter for a reasonable price! They don’t pressure you into the Upgrades like some other places that I have been. I highly recommend.

I had an especially great oil change yesterday! First, I was offered a bottle of water, which I thought was a nice touch. Then, Clayton explained each different type of oil and what he recommended. He made it clear that it was my choice and he was not trying to push anything on me. He and his team then quickly and correctly changed my oil and filter. I was especially impressed by the way the employees talked to each other. They clearly respect Clayton, the manager. But he also clearly respects his team. I’ll keep going back to Strickland brothers for oil changes and great service!

Thought I needed my oil changed. Was informed it was not yet time. Appreciate not being sold something I didn’t need Checked my fluids gave me water and excellent service at no charge. Feline Kroll was such a nice service provider. Thank you very much.
