Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I had the best experience at The Strickland Brothers in Powder Springs. I went in for an oil change and ended up getting one of my light bulbs in the rear changed as well. My service was done by the manager Chris and a lady (whose name I forgot but she was amazing). They were super nice and informative. I came close to closing and they didn’t make me feel like a nuisance or rushed. They took their time and even helped me notice a few issues that I had no idea about. 10 stars!!! This was my first time and I will certainly be a long term customer. I recommend everyone to go there! They were super quick as well!

I was really surprised at how they took care of my situation with my truck. They put air in the tires. They gave me windshield washer fluid. They made sure that my oil was at the right lever that I’ve seen that they had put it in there. it was clear and I saw the lever of fullness. They also let me know which tires were straight and had the right amount of air in it and which ones did not. They were absolutely wonderful and as a matter of fact, I recommended Strickland Brothers to my sister and we are going to recommend them to many more.people. Wow they were Great. Did a magnificent job One Stop. That’s what I am calling them because they do it all right there. Thank you 🙏🏾 Strickland Brothers and your employees.

I have been here either 2-3 times. My service is always fast, reasonably priced, and of quality. I always get great services from whoever is servicing my car. I hate that I didn’t get the names, but today I came in 20 mins till close and was greeted with the most kindness. It was an older white gentleman (he told me his wife provided Halloween candy for customers) and a younger African American male with locs in his hair. They were amazing.

The service was quick and very efficient. They checked my car for many things and they did not upscale any services. They provided me with the problems to address and allowed me to get the services. I am really impressed with fast service and respectful staff.

Always great Customer Service. They do a much, much better job than my Hyndai dealership for my vehicle and my wife vehicle. They do all the things and extra inspections for a price that beats the dealership. I’ve been taking my vehicles the past 2 years.
