Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Great experience. Zane has phenomenal customer service. He kept me updated on what was happening and gave recommendations without pressuring me. He was friendly and didn’t make me feel like I should know things that I didn’t. Felt taken care of and am glad this place was recommended to me! Will recommend to all and return for future services. They have a military discount which helped keep my total within my budget. 10/10 service and prices. Thanks a ton!

Brian was respectful and attentive to my inspection. He told me I needed new windshield wiper blades and then showed me why. He wasn’t just selling me their product I truly needed them. They handled my needs fast , respectful and with a smile. Lord knows we need more smiles and respectful people. The other young man kept telling me he would be with me. He was extremely concerned about my time. 👍🏾 to these guy.

Prior to the oil change performed on Friday, our vehicle was operating without issue. Although the service was expected to take approximately 10 minutes, it extended to nearly an hour. Upon completion, we noticed a significant mechanical issue under the hood. Initially, I detected the smell of oil and assumed it was residual from the newly installed oil and filter. However, it has become clear that a more serious problem has developed. The vehicle is now leaking oil heavily, and the oil pressure warning lights are illuminated. At this point, we are uncertain whether the car is even drivable to the nearest service location. It is important to note that the vehicle was functioning perfectly prior to this visit.

First time going here and was awesome! Took alittle longer than 10 minutes because there was only 2 men working but they work hard and fast! The best part of the service! They were super nice and friendly, making the visit enjoyable. Joshua Ramos did my car and I highly recommend him! I paid $78 but with military discount it was $58.90 plus taxes and fee. 10/10 experience. They also change windshield wipers!

Great experience at Strickland Brothers! Javon and Brian made my service quick, easy, and fun. They explained everything well and helped me upgrade my carbon air filter so I’m breathing cleaner air 😂. Smooth process and great customer service—highly recommend!
