Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

First time customer. I was pleasantly surprised while there. The technician was friendly and courteous and offered information about my oil change. Things I didn't know that was quite helpful. David is a gem and Sarah was also a great help and they worked well together. Other places just do the work and barely pay you any attention. I highly recommend them and SB!

The service was absolutely great! Even though they were short staffed that day, I was greeted promptly. They politely informed me that they were a little shorthanded that day, and they would get to me as soon as they could. I was updated while I was waiting, which wasn’t very appreciated. That he was very thorough and informative. I feel like the prices are a little high, but that’s just maybe my personal opinion. Either way, I would recommend this location and staff for their great service

Sarah, April, & David were awesome this morning! Came for a desperate oil change and left feeling more educated about my vehicle. I didnt feel like they were trying hard to make a quick buck off of me like many places. They were honest judgement free and very friendly. As someone who us not as educated about their vehicle as I should be I felt safe and comfortable trusting this crew. Thank you guys again!!!

The staff here at Strickland Brothers in Statesville were professional and informative. They explained and gave me options for each element of my car's oil change service. My technician, Sarah, was training someone while performing my service, and clearly took time and care with the trainee as well as me, the customer. As a former teacher and current learning and development professional, I was impressed with Sarah's training techniques and overall attitude. As if that all wasn't enough, I went back about a week after my service with low tire pressure and Sarah happily topped off all my tires and said "Cmon back if you need us!" It felt great to give my business to this shop, especially because the service was just the right balance of friendly and professional. Thanks!!

Military discount and courteouus quick service today :-) April took an extra minute or two to secure my plastic fender with a zip tie that was making some noise! (I had brought the car in like that from a carwash mishap - so not SB's fault). The whole team was great this morning.
