Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Hello all! I have a 2010 Kia Soul that I just bought & brought into Strickland Brothers today. Cameron helped me out tremendously. He was Extremely Knowledgeable, Friendly, Kind & Patient. I have been coming to Strickland Brothers for awhile now, but will 100% be coming back Solely based on how Cameron treated me today. He helped put on my new License Plates, he checked my Air Filters, Checked & Filled my Tire Pressure, as well as my other fluids, he gave me a Great & Fast Oil Change with 10/10 Customer Service. Thank You so much Cameron & Thanks to the Owners for Hiring someone that really cares about your customers. I usually get my oil change at wal mart because it's closer to where I live. But driving 10 minutes up the road from where I work to get an oil change for $40 compared to the $75 that I usually pay is well worth it to me. The service was amazing. Kyle made a great conversation while I was waiting for service to be done which took no time at all. I'm definitely coming back for the good vibes in cheap oil change.

This place had some of the best customer service around! These guys make sure you’re taken care of from the start offering water when you’re greeted! Kyle was so dedicated to making sure my headlight was working!! So thankful for this place!!

It was my first time servicing my Jeep here and now I won't go anywhere else! From the second I arrived, Kyle greeted me and walked through the entire process. He went above and beyond for an issue I had. Showed me what was wrong and was upfront about the pricing. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, honest service. Oil change on Feb. 3 was very efficient. The staff was very friendly. I question why an appointment with the dealership for an oil change takes 1-1/2 to 2 hours when these folks can get it done in less that 20 minutes. And the dealership people are mostly nasty folks. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for oil changes in the future!! Keep up the good work!
