Strictly Diesel

Rating is based on value versus experience and workmanship. I dropped my truck off a 97 7.3 L OBS. I wanted to have them do a general inspection and oil change. I also requested a fuel filter to be replaced (which wasn’t completed) and I had a fuel leak from the fuel bowl. Upon discovery and diagnosis, I was told that the fuel bowl would be replaced and a few other things were needed. That was either misheard or a misunderstanding, because they ended up just replacing the fuel bowl lines (3 rubber hoses) for $600. and then when that was complete, and the whole job was complete they told me I still have a fuel leak and that it’s coming from the lift pump. They quoted me $1900 to address the lift pump issue. Which is sort of frustrating considering they were basically just in that same locat

Hi everyone, I just had Monster ram installed on my 23 Dodge ram 2500 diesel and I cannot praise strictly diesel and their mechanics on a great job! Steven Took care of me from start to finish and my truck drives Perfect. On my Drive home my truck got an additional 3 miles to the gallon more and the pick up was perfect. The throttle Response was better than I anticipated thank you again guys and five stars. Best shop in the greater Phoenix area thank you.

First time customer referred to them after my long time shop sold out and I was leery of them. Worked with Johnathon after I had a series of lights come on with no codes. He was able to work me in and get me a diagnostics and finally figured out my problem. I added some extra services besides the repair work. Work was completed in a timely manner and they even power washed my engine bay. I definitely will be using them again!

I took my truck in for service after I received a missed diagnosis from a well known Scottsdale Diesel service repair shop. Jonathan at Strictly Diesel said they would take a look and confirm or deny the previous diagnosis which occurred within 24 hours. Once the real issue was established it was promptly taken care of for a fair price. I have a high level of confidence in Strictly Diesel and I appreciate the level of customer service, good communication and Strictly Diesel’s expertise on Powerstroke engines.

Strictly Diesel took excellent care of my vehicle!! The dealership tried to tell me my turbo that THEY INSTALLED had failed for the THIRD time this year and that now it had failed so bad that I needed a new engine that would cost more than what I owed on the vehicle. I took it to Strictly Diesel and they told me it did NOT need a new engine and were able to fix it by replacing the turbo and doing an oil flush treatment and it fixed the problem!! My vehicle is running great again. Everyone at this shop is super friendly and professional. Thank you Strictly Diesel!!
