My 2004 F350 Crew Cab Dually was having an intermittent start problem for over a year. Four trips to my trusted local service provider for over 20 years would get it started and return it only to have it not start after one or two days. Due to my steep FWD driveway my nephew had to come with heavy equipment to get off my hill. Finally I had it taken to the Ford dealership that sold me the truck. They diagnosed a bad high pressure oil pump and a fee of @ $6,000.00 to repair. I didn't see how that was possible because it had been started 4 times for my local shop. I then took it to Strictly Ford's where Frank diagnosed a bad IPR valve which he replaced and the truck started consistently.
