A highly professional, well-organized auto mechanic accurately diagnosed my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate. We scheduled the repair appointment promptly. When he arrived he set up his canopy which is installed on his Mechanic mobile vehicle. It was raining. He began working on the car without hesitation, even allowing me to observe and ask questions throughout the process. My son, who is also an experienced auto mechanic, reviewed the diagnosis and repair work and confirmed that they were correct and appropriate. He put a new starter in a ( new pully )and a serpentine belt. Also found two computer fuses blown and replaced them. He even tested the new battery I had bought the day before upon my request. He sent the itemized bill to my phone and email and even has a customer port

today I had Will come out and change my fan belt. I was told that that was the issue by a few mechanics as soon as he got the car started he knew that it was more than just a fan belt so he looked over the entire engine and noticed it was also the The power steering had some leaking and I also told him that I had leaking in the coolant so he also fixed that cleaned everything up, filled up the power steering fluid changed the belt and the car runs much better. I am gonna need some more work on the car regarding the power steering and he’s already on top of it. I can only say great things about him great job. Efficient explained everything to me in detail not one issue only an amazing experience. I am definitely using him again and I will definitely pass the message on that if anybody needs

Will is a talented mechanic. It's hard to find anyone honest in the service industry nowadays but he is your guy, dependable, with affordable rates. Be patient because he's busy which says something about the his pricing and quality of work. I had Will do 2 things. a radiator replacement in a Hemi Jeep, which is a nightmare for most mechanics but he made it look easy. I also had him replace an upstream O2 sensor which is nearly impossible to get too, where other mechanics failed, again he made it look easy! Don't hesitate to call this guy.

Great service and very thorough. I, unfortunately came out of work late at night to a flat tire and no spare. I called Strong Island Mobile Mechanics, Will came in at a timely manner, repaired my tire so I can make it home and scheduled an appointment for the following morning to replace my tire. He completed the job plus a tire rotation all before I had to leave to work, he is very efficient. Definitely 10/10 service and would recommend to others not just for emergencies but for all other maintenance services.

His professionalism and thoroughness in inspecting my daughter’s vehicle were outstanding. He eased the stress that comes with buying a used car, and his calm, kind demeanor made the experience so much better. Will went above and beyond, finding issues with the car that other mechanics might have missed. The time and care he took in checking the vehicle was like he was inspecting it for his own family’s safety.
