I want to give a special thanks to the dynamic duo Matt Barbour and Ty Crowder for their service day. Even when I changed the vehicle type many times, Matt was very understanding and patient. I appreciate how thorough Ty was when it came to letting me know what kind of package I was getting with my vehicle. They made sure we viewed all the options we wanted and didn't pressure us to make a choice. I really appreciate how personable they were from start to finish. I would definitely recommend anyone I know looking for a vehicle to see those guys. I know where to go for my next vehicle purchase!! Thanks again guys.

This dealership, in my experiences, seems to be inefficient with scheduling services. I arrived at the dealership 45 mins. before my scheduled time (oil change and tire rotation) as I live 70 miles from dealership. It took the service department over 1 hour past my scheduled time to get car into bay to start servicing. There were only 2 others in waiting area, so service department wasn’t slammed. This has happened on several occasions for simple routine maintenance appointments. I don’t understand why you can setup an appointment, but service department doesn’t get the vehicle in until over an hour later. I was at dealer for three hours for an oil change, but 45 minutes was on me for being early.

I had my transmission fluid flushed & filter replaced in my 2018 GMC pickup. They did a good job. I checked around the area GM stores & they had the best price.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Schedule an appointment, all went well. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I was pleased with the service.

My sales person Candy Stables was excellent. financing was quick and easy. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.
