I bought a set for a CL500 Mercedes, the car rides and drives fine. I don't know about longevity, but the ride height is too high. I was told to drive it until they wore in. 2000 miles later it's no different. It sits higher than the high setting on the ABC system. I emailed back saying I will have to cut a coil off if they have no resolution and they have me on ignore. Clearly they have no resolution. I would go with adjustable struts unless you are okay with it sitting higher than stock.

The sales people when I called were extremely helpful and polite. I installed the Strutmasters coil conversion kit on my 2006 Lexus GX 470 to replace the factory air ride system, which had started to fail. The total cost, including front struts and installation, came out to about $1,800. That’s less than half of what it would’ve cost to restore the OEM system—just the compressor alone was over $1,600. The conversion did what I needed it to do: it got me back on the road reliably without sinking thousands into a 19-year-old vehicle. That said, be aware of the tradeoffs. The ride quality is noticeably rougher than the original air suspension—still acceptable, but not nearly as smooth. Also, the rear now rides a little higher, giving the car a slightly nose-down stance that’s not ideal visu

So disappointed. I placed an order for parts on 7/16/25. I wasn’t notified until today that the order was going to be cancelled for fraud. I ordered the parts with my card, but put the order my husbands name. This made the shipping and billing address different from each other, making them flag it. This happens, no worries. My husband and I call customer service, explain the situation, and confirm my information. After everything, our order was still canceled. The woman we spoke to on the phone was dismissive and unprofessional. I just wanted to fix my car. :(

I ordered a set of camber bolts that were listed as being for a 2010-2016 Panamera and they sent me the wrong part. I took my car to a professional mechanic to have them installed and the mechanic said it was not the right bolt and didn’t fit. After having difficulty reaching them by both phone and email, I filed a credit card dispute. I also sent the part back to them. The next week, I receive a phone call from a rep from the company saying that they received the part back but telling me to remove the credit card dispute and then they would issue a refund on their end. I told them that I didn’t want to because I would lose my buyer’s protection and to reply to the bank saying they received the part back and they said they didn’t want to do that for some unknown reason. I told the rep that

2013 jeep grand cherokee 4x4, bought the kit and it sat 4 inches lower in the rear and 2 lower up front compared to non air. Wheels rubbing. I was told it would be stock if not raised as what they heard from other customers. Shocks blew out in 5 months. Eventually had to buy lift coils, shocks and then new struts all in a year. Poor quality. Waisted $1200, spent $1000 on the real 4x4 shocks and struts emu and everything fit as stock. Waisted money, let me know if you want your stuff back for free, as long as strutmasters pays shipping.
