STS Quality Auto Care

This is my second time to avail STS to service my auto and I am very pleased by their service. I got to know the labor description, what they've done/what has to be done next, and explained it well. I didn't get the people's name in front desk/assistance desk but they're friendly and kind! Keep it up! Waiting area is very clean, you can get to relax a bit while waiting because their couch is cozy with great coffee on the side! Thank you STS!

A good shop with great guys. I was driving by and seen them open on the eve of Thanksgiving. I had just gotten off the Kingston Edmonds ferry and my Jeep was running like hell when I started it on the boat. I was running on 3 out of 6 cylinders and from the Kitsap side. They stayed late, went the extra mile and got it running great. Thanks to Jeff and the gang. I’d recommend them, maybe even worth the trip from Kitsap for a good honest shop.

I’ve been very happy with the service and honesty at STS Quality Auto Care. They were the shop my dealer used when a couple of issues came up during the PDI before I purchased my truck, and it’s been running great for towing ever since. Recently, I noticed a lot of water dripping on the turbo and brought in a video to show them. Jeff checked everything thoroughly, tested the A/C, and confirmed it was just condensation on a hot, humid day. He also ran a coolant system pressure test, tightened my catch can, and cleaned the turbo exterior. Everything tested well, and I’m very satisfied with the result. I’ll definitely be back for future service.

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. They fixed my car faster than I expected. The price was fair and there were no surprises. I will definitely come back again.
