STS Tire

I always come to STS for my oil changes and minor fixes. I do so because I trust them. The mechanics here are quick knowledgeable, always take the best care of my vehicle and offer the best prices per service. I used to get ripped off a lot because I know nothing about cars but not here. Gabriel always gives me the best advice and doesn’t advise services I don’t need. I would always recommend them.

I called in advance to ask them for help opening the hood to put in motor oil because I had gotten into a prior car accident that left the hood skewed to the side. The damage to it from the accident made it difficult to open, so they said they would try if I brought it in. I bought motor oil from Autozone and brought it over. Darnell came out to help get it open, and had it open in all of 2 seconds. He was great, put in the oil for me, and even put air in my tires! Such great customer service and super friendly. He also informed me of a few things regarding the engine and told me to come back if my low oil pressure light came back on as that would mean I potentially had a leak. Altogether great help and customer service. If I ever need help again, I know where I'm coming! Ask for Darnell!

I fail to understand how a shop that provides wheel alignment service is going to say take it to the dealer as the car has air suspension. How about investing in the proper equipment or proper technicians. They had me sit in the waiting area for 45 minutes then the tech said he can't do it because the car has air suspension. Do some research as BMW does ground force which basically means adding weight to the car to simulate passengers.

Brought my truck in today for front brakes and inspection. The guy tried to tell me that I need a bunch of work for my truck to pass. I am a retired mechanic and I know I didn't need any of the things he said my truck needed. I told him just do the work I asked for after he quoted me over1500 bucks. He wouldn't do it so I left and went elsewhere. What happened to the other guy Dave? He never tried to cheat me. I'll come back when he's there.

Dave explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The team did a great job on my tires, and I really appreciated that they even took a little off the final bill. Great customer service and attention to detail — I’ll definitely be coming back.
