Summary Pros: very friendly Cons: Inaccurate time estimates, overly busy, multiple visits for to fully correct vehicle. Long but honest review. My wife hit a deer back in October and Stuckey was the closest repair shop that our insurance deals with directly so that is why we chose Stuckey. Got the appraisal and everything scheduled to drop my car off. Originally was told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to complete the repair, all depending around if they could salvage the door or if a new door needed ordered. They ended up having the car for 4 weeks and still only repaired the door. When I picked up the vehicle they had not received the bug shield yet and stated once they received the bug shield they would call and we could get it scheduled to be installed, not a big deal at all. Took me a little bit to find time to post, but I cannot thank the members of stuckeys collision center enough. They managed to fix up my car so we'll you can barely tell anything happened, and in 2 weeks time no less. As an anxious individual I also appreciated they were friendly, and handled speaking with the insurance agent directly. They were very informative the entire time and I cannot be happier. Thank you to Mike Schnarrs and all the crew for helping fix up my Kia.

Casey and the crew did a great job. From star to finish. He helped clear up insurance issues I was having. He also kept me informed throughout the process. My truck looks brand new. I would recommend them.
