Used sturms for a long time. In the time of need used them after my car got hit. Was then told less than 24 hours after that I had to pay for the tow and 2 days of storage. Won't be using sturms again. Looks like they went to shit after the buyout.

Called for roadside assistance. Jay and the service truck arrived in approximately 15 min. Jay completed necessary service. He’s a true roadside hero and I’m sure a valued, loyal employee.

Used Sturm’s multiple times. Every driver is awesome! Reasonable rates. Wait times are average for all tow trucks.

I cannot say thank you enough for the help that Randy gave me yesterday (7/27/25). My car broke down at an intersection as the light turned green. When Randy pulled around me, he knew I was in trouble. He quickly turned his tow truck around, ran through the intersection, and with the help of a police officer who was behind him, pushed my car through the intersection and into a safe space. I called AAA and Strum’s (Randy) was dispatched and he towed my car home. Had he not come back, my anxiety and fees would have been much higher. Thank you Randy for showing up and helping me.
