Angie, the owner, and her staff are absolutely incredible! This was my first time bringing our BMW in for a multitude of necessary repairs, and their business is unlike any other mechanic I've ever been to. They immediately discovered the problem causing our issues that no one else had been able to identify. They were kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to take care of our repairs. They are also completely transparent on pricing. Angie even provided a complimentary Uber for me to get back home. This is a true family business, in every way, with top-notch, white glove customer service. Even their waiting area was peaceful, comfortable, with a coffee bar, and plenty of water. There should be more people like Angie and Karl in our world!

Great place! Ang was a pleasure to talk to, she's also the owner. I will definitely be going back for future work on my car. Karl did a quick inspection of my car and found some issues that are common with my model that need to be addressed. He didn't just tell me, he actually showed them to me when the car was on the lift. The one thing that I admired the most was that I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to, but spoken to with sincerity and honesty. I can and have worked on all of my cars, but I do know my limits. Having lived in Conroe for the past 17 years, find a trustworthy auto mechanic is easier said than done...done.

This is the most honest and straightforward auto-shop I’ve been to. Karl was very straightforward and you can clearly tell he’s giving you the honest truth and diagnosis. Youre paying for a complete run down of the issue of the car and how to resolve.I was unfortunate with the status of my car but he helped me figure out what to do and offered his advice.
