A car dealer's service department AND 5 stars?!? Yes! My service technician made my experience awesome. I was *dreading* having to take my Subaru Crosstrek in for a broken AC. Emily Cason took care of me from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out to my freshly washed and fixed car. I give her 5 gold stars! Their service manager did the work on my car, and he did a fantastic job. They didn't try to upsell me or scam me. They told me what they fixed and gave some recommendations for the future. And it was cheaper than I expected. Bonus points! I WILL be back to this dealer's service station in the future. I felt taken care of. Thank you!!
