My experience with the parts department over the phone is less than favourable. I mentioned the parts I needed, they put me on hold for longer than 10 minutes just to hang up on me. So helpful… thanks for nothing Subaru of Glendale Parts Dept.

Absolute garbage over-the-phone customer service. Bounced me around for half an afternoon, nobody able to help, lied about stock, finally arrived in person and they're closed. Go anywhere else.
