Subaru of Keene is in a league of their own as far as customer service. George & Adam are simply phenomenal! George is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Subaru maintenance and seems to know them inside & out. Adam and the rest of the team are always personable, welcoming, professional and compassionate. There's been a few times when I'd been traveling, I'd stop in and wouldn't have enough travel range to make it to the next charging station. (I have an EV). They referred me to Chargepoint, which is one of the better DC Level 3 Fast Charging options with multiple stations available right in town. One time they were able to unlock the in-house charger for me and it saved my soul (SOS). The charging prices are more reasonable than gas prices at the moment. They've always been top notch

Absolutely outstanding service. Purchased my car 7 years ago, its an older model. Any time there has been an issue they were kind, considerate and reasonable. Penny, Kathy, Justin, Bonnie, George, Jody Goodnow (mechanic) and Anthony have all been super pleasant and professional. Each one deserves a raise... and 5 stars! Thanks ya'll <3

Gold Standard Customer Service from George who appears to know Subaru’s inside and out, as well as, the actual service team and the excellent repair work our Ascent received. The car drove perfectly, so smoothly, after we received it back! We received excellent, timely counsel for this service call from George which included rear brake replacement work, front brakes cleaned, a tire alignment, an oil change, our Ascent washed, AND most importantly to us, A LOANER CAR for the day! (We LOVE our Ascent but it is always fun to drive a brand new Subaru around for the day!) We were away from the area for a couple of years, and we are glad to be back with Subaru of Keene for their excellent customer service protocols, and work done perfectly! This is a well managed team that really cares about

Justin Tyler, Cathy, Penny and their crew at the Service Center are fantastic. They are professional and communicate details before during and after the work is done. They never recommend unnecessary work and are very forthcoming about if and when repairs are needed. I generally use private mechanics but since coming to this dealership will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Subaru of Keene to all Subaru owners!

By far the best service of a vehicle I've ever had anywhere. Very professional, thorough, and honest. Never pushing unnecessary repairs like other dealers. Highly recommend.
