Subaru of Kennesaw Parts Department

I came in to have my oil changed Saturday 8/17 for my very first Subaru and was directed to the parts department for some all-weather mats. I have a bullmastiff who comes everywhere with me, and the blanket I put down in the back for her was not cutting it, so I needed something good quality but customized to fit my specific model. The 2 gentlemen working (wish I got their names!) were A-MA-ZING! First of all, I know nothing about cars. They were able to piece together the little I did know and do immediate research to get exactly what I needed. They advised me on what would be best and were very patient and cheerful through the whole interaction. It was also a Saturday and very busy, so they did not need to go above and beyond to help me out, but they did and were happy to do so. My mats

Needed parts for my car. Searched the internet and Subaru of Kennesaw had the cheapest prices. They also shipped them very fast.

Found what I needed on the web page and ordered it they kept in contact with me the entire time as far as how the order was progressing and I received it packed well and exactly What I was expecting

Very disappointed. I was lied to straight to my face. In Jan/Feb of 2019 I bought a 2015 Outback. It was one of two on the lot that would have fit my needs. The first one was perfectly fine but had the standard window tinting. The second had an infotainment screen with a dead spot but very dark tinted windows. I have a sun allergy and I take care of a cancer patient with medication induced sun sensitivity. They explained that since the screen isn't needed for the car operation they couldn't replace it but if I got a certain level of warranty I could pay just 100 bucks and get it replaced. Then the pandemic happened. I take it to a different dealership in another state and lo and behold, no it isn't covered. I asked several times, had them show me where it says infotainment system on the wa
