Subaru of Melbourne Service Center

I had trouble with a previous auto shop not fixing my air conditioning properly. Subaru of Melbourne had my car fixed within 24 hours. Kyle was great with communication and even got me a deal under warranty that I was not expecting. Will definitely be back for other service!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the service department at Subaru of Melbourne. We have two Subaru vehicles and both of them had a few issues that needed to be addressed. The service manager, Michael Pope really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the issues were addressed, he made sure we knew exactly what was going on, advised us of our options and he even saved us money on the repairs. We also wanted to mention Kimmie, our service advisor, she did a awesome job and always kept us in the loop with great communication. Thanks so much for everything!!!!

These folks are the best! My car low pressure warning light came on and upon inspection I found a nail in the tire. I filled the tire with air and took it to the dealership. They were busy and gave me a ride home so they had time to check it out. Later I got a call to come back and some good news, the nail turned out to be a rock and there was no damage! I came back over AND ... they did not charge me for the check-up, nor the rides, AND they washed the car! What service! These folks are OUTSTANDING!

Bought a new car there. Service was great, sales and financial. We love our Subaru. Gave us a great deal on our trade in.

Took Purity, our Subaru Crosstrek, in for an oil change and a check up, and we received outstanding service from Calvin. He’s very knowledgeable and attentive, extra thorough and kind. Everything was taken care of beautifully and we really appreciated his assistance in facilitating the maintenance on Purity.
