Subaru of Olathe Service Center

Called for some information on service history on a vehicle I recently bought in another state and was given very thorough, helpful information. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind, this seems like a very well run service center. Thanks guys!

They have great scheduling services,. The advisors are nice, check in is really easy, prices are accordingly to inflation. On a great note, they have a dog park!!!

If you have a recall, they will call you everyday, twice a day, along with sending you several emails and text messages to the point of harassment. Otherwise it is a dog friendly place with a snack bar and private workspaces while you wait.

Pricing, accuracy of problem diagnosis, communication, and follow through are all problem areas in my experience. I went to another metro Subaru dealership and had none of these problems.

Excellent 1st Time Experience! Thank you, Sam! I scheduled appointment about a week out and they got my routine service done in less than an hour. Was happy to find they had an awesome waiting area for getting some work done, fully equipped with snacks and drinks. Baxter scores another win for me! I bought my car from another of their shops up in La Vista earlier this year, only learning later that they also own Olathe Subaru. While I could go to the Subaru dealer closer to me in the northland, that place is the reason I went and bought a car up in Nebraska. The 30-mile trip to the southland is worth not having to deal with those scammers in KC North. Baxter / Olathe is the best!! Don't take a chance anywhere else.
