Subaru Service

I recently took my 2025 Subaru Ascent in for service to fix the camera and radio console, and Austin at the service center took great care of everything. He was friendly, communicative, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated and made sure everything was handled smoothly. If you’re going in for service, I would definitely recommend asking for Austin at Rairdon Subaru of Auburn. Great customer service and a great experience overall!!!

As usual, I was completely impressed by Addisyn’s ability to read my “I just want this done as quickly as possible so I can go home” look. She promised an hour, was done in 39 mins. If I can’t or don’t want to do the repair/maintenance myself, Rairdons is the only place I take my Subaru. I also love scaring my husband by sending all the pretty new cars in stock 😂

Came in for scheduled oil change, and ended up with new tires and 60,000 mile maintenance. Bit of a sticker shock, lol. Working with Cameron, as with all other service techs, this was not a pressure sales tactic. He showed me pictures, and it was obvious I needed them. He offered me a loaner care, since this was going to be an overnight service. He was very helpful in coming up with tire options, including sourcing the tires I researched, again without any pressure to buy what he offered. Great communication throughout, keeping me up to date on progress, and sending me texts, when I needed to give answers/permissions. Always a great experience at Rairdon Auburn Subaru. My service advisor Austin was professional and provided excellent customer service! After, my vehicle was completed he explained what needed to be done and gave me the option to decide when and/or if I wanted them to repair. Zero pressure!! Having nice variety of snacks and a coffee/hot chocolate dispenser is always a plus as a waiting customer. Keep up the awesome Customer Service!!

Had a really good experience here, service is definitely a 10/10. One of the guys Nazar did a really great break down on what was going on, what I needed, especially the fact that I have a Subaru that’s 10+ years old with a higher mileage. Did an amazing job, definitely highly recommend it here. Absolutely best service.
