Subaru Service

My wife had her first service for her new Subaru. It was a complete disaster and poor service. First, they did not come to get the car at the scheduled time and no call to inform her they were running late. Second, the person that came to get her vehicle gave her a bullshit story that he does not leave her the keys for the loaner he left parked in an inconvenient spot in our driveway. Then he gave her more BS about a faulty sensor on her gas gauge which they never even addressed after several requests. Terrible service.

Brought in headlights and hatch button switch replacements of my own, just wanted the labor so I didn't cause damage to my car and they tell me the switch button "is the wrong one" and a new one would cost $150. The piece itself cost less than $12 without buying bulk so you're telling me you want 1000% profit?? And they go and intentionally bust the switch button that was already in place because I had them put it back so I can go elsewhere or do it myself. It was sticky so I was getting a new one, not broken. They also lied and said it still worked that it "crumbled/caved in" but still works. You all must charge a smaller fee for bringing outside parts because people aren't going to stop. Self storage can be obtained there at the Subaru dealership as well. The person to speak to is Doug. They have several sizes of units and the price for a 5x7 (approx) is $25 monthly with a $20 dep. Idk about prices on any other units. Storage is located behind the dealership.

Friendly service, oil change, tires rotation and balanced, new key cut and program. Not cheap visited but happy with results.
