Subaru Service

The Subaru is a very good vehicle, but know that SERVICE at Tri City Subaru is the main reason we are on our 5th Subaru. Specifically due to Ringo and his team. Never any issues, drama or negative situations. Price is always within the range of the estimate and we always receive excellent guidance. The work is done on time, always! Everyone in the dealership is friendly and welcoming. All this ads up to our remaining loyal Subaru customers.

As usual, a great experience at Tri city. Took awhile to get over the sticker shock of a new battery especially since my forester is only 3 yrs old and has under 9K mls on it. This will cause me to rethink trading for a newer model Subaru and send me searching other brands. That said, Tri city staff are awesome! Kind, personable, attentive and professional. Kudos to Nolan for handling my not so kind reaction to the price of a battery. The service there is outstanding.

During regular oil change we were notified of camshaft gasket leak which would be covered under warranty. Left that day in loaner car and had my repaired car back 2 days later. Thank you Tri-City Subaru team for catching the issue and making the repair an easy, stress free experience.

Great service very timely, efficient and nice loaner car. The quality of the 30K interval maintenance and repair of control arm bushings was great. I would like to provide the following feedback that whoever the service manager is that they take the time to review your service invoice. This should include each page of the sevice invoice item by item and review the multi point inspection form on the last page. What happened was a quick review this what we did and please pay our billing administrator.

I always appreciate good customer service. That's what I received while waiting for my car. Also a cup of coffee and some Oreo mini cookies! Ringo kept me informed with the progress. There were additional fixes that were needed, like the metal chard in my tire. Ringo explained, and showed me what additional fixes were needed so I could make good decisions. Thanks !
