Subaru Service

This was my second visit to the Subaru Service Department and it was just as great as the first visit. From the moment I drove my car into the garage, I continued to be impressed with the appearance, the attendants working on the floor, my service advisor (Cristian), and the very comfortable waiting room. Also, I continue to be impressed with the updates received via text associated with a video sent illustrating the car status from the assigned tech. I am totally sold with this service department and will continue to go there for all my scheduled maintenance intervals and any future repairs required.

Excellent pleasant service! Awesome waiting area that is private to have lunch/work during your appt. The technician was friendly knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I am very pleased. Super easy to get to off the Taconic/Sprain. Highly recommend!

I want to shout out Isaiah and the rest of the team here for working in the cold and keeping everyone (especially me) happy. This place is a great bonus to owning a Subaru- good service, caring people, and they even will cover your uber home and back during service. Nothing bad to say.

Excellent customer service ! This dealership values their customers and it shows with the complementary services. I bought my Subaru brand new from Danbury Subaru and not one complimentary oil change or simple car wash ! I will not take my 2024 Subaru Cross Trek anywhere else other than Subaru White Plains. They are always so kind and helpful and it shows how they value their customers !
