Staff is friendly except for the parts manager. I ordered a transfer case and received a transfer case cover. He came out with a poor attitude and temper and was nasty about making me pay a restocking fee. Didn’t even greet me or ask what was going on. There are better ways to treat customers and your employees.

I was a loyal Toyota driver for years. Fortunately, a friend told me about Mastro Suburu and their terrific customer service. She wasn't exaggerating. Their service department is efficient, easy to work with on minor and major repairs, and their prices are outstanding. I can't tell you how happy I am to have an Outback from this dealer.
