Suburb Service

This is my second visit to Suburb Subaru. They always provide fast and professional service and I’m glad to help support a local business. They are close to where I live, so it’s nice and convenient to come to their location.

Debra and Brenda are awesome! Our clutch went out and we figured it would take a week or more but they had us fixed and on the road in under 2 days, as well as the same price as the estimate! Subies don’t need much service but when they do, we’ll take it here! Edit: Debra is a fantastic human being and I highly recommend this place for any and all Suby stuff!!

Very friendly and understanding owner & staff. I had power steering and noise issues on my car. I was so worry I will need to spend $$$$ when I'm already on a very tight budget. I was so relief that it was only a loose belt. So it was very affordable. They didn't push any unnecessary works like a lot of shops do. Worth the 45 minute drive from the South side... 😊 I would definitely recommend this place!

I used to get my oil changes here regularly despite being a bit far from here because they used to be well priced, very proactive on maintenance and transparent on the state of my car. However the last few times I had visited they seemed to have raised their prices without stating the price before service or payment and stopped being proactive and transparent with needed maintenance, and they stopped doing even very basic things on the spot changing a light that was out. They told me I needed to schedule another appointment in advance to change my lights.

This place is literally the absolute best shop I have ever taken my Subaru to. They are efficient, reasonably priced, honest, and welcoming. Will be recommending my friends with Subarus to have this as their go to mechanic.
