Great service. I brought my own tires, because I got a great deal on Black Friday. I scheduled an appointment and my tires were installed in half an hour for a way better price that I shopped around at other stores. I was so satisfied with the service that I tipped the installers for getting it done so fast. I highly recommend this store and I'll be back for any other tire needs I have in the future.

Wonderful service. Had a flat tire situation and drop the car off after hours. The team started to look at my car even before me calling in. Gave me my options and quotes for everything. Said the car will be ready by the afternoon. The guys are straightforward and honest. Been servicing both my cars here, definitely would recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Suburban Tire. I got a new set of tires and worked with, I believe, Matt and Ozzie. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and worked to get me any available discounts and coupons. They immediately knew what kind of tire to recommend for my car. They were very kind and communicative keeping in touch throughout the process. They let me know of a couple issues my car has, but were not pushy about getting them fixed. I did out of convenience, but felt no pressure. When I left, it started pouring down rain and I’m not kidding, my car handled completely different than when I had come in. Started my Monday morning with a nail in my tire and 15 psi. Stopped by shop, had never been there before. Squeezed me in for inspection and tire repair. Great service for a non-customer. I will be a customer moving forward. Clean facility, friendly staff, quick service.

I came in with a completely flat front right tire, and the team at Suburban Tire in Hanover Park helped me right away. They told me it would take about 30 minutes, and they finished everything on time. The staff was very friendly, the shop was clean and in great condition, and the best part is they didn’t charge me anything for the repair. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this place
