Your location in Norcross damaged my Jeep seven days ago and no one has returned, called me or anything in regards to fixing the damages. This needs to be taken care of ASAP. Your machine fell on my vehicle twice and damaged it all to hell! I have made a report an incident report and no one has contacted me. I work. I need my transportation fixed NOOOWWWW.

Avoid this car wash. On February 8th, my vehicle was damaged inside the Sud Stop Car Wash in Norcross due to a bottleneck in the wash tunnel. The place was packed and employees were rushing cars through, which caused vehicles ahead to stop while others were still being pushed forward by the track. I immediately filed an incident report and was told the issue would be sent to corporate. Since then, there has been little to no follow-up and zero accountability. The most shocking part of the entire experience was the general manager telling me they do not carry insurance for incidents like this and that sometimes they just “pay for issues with a credit card.” That is extremely concerning for a business operating equipment that can easily damage vehicles. I’ve been coming to this car wash since it opened up, and it’s the best wash I’ve had compared to other places. However, as the year went by the vacuums aren’t as good as they used to be; and when I come out the wash my rims usually aren’t the cleanest even though I have the package with the wheel cleaner. But that’s fine I usually clean the rim myself afterwards, but I hope that changes soon. Perhaps the machine is just filthy and needs to be swapped out or cleaned. The employee there are great too, just the other day Rashel came around asking everybody there if we had any issues with the wash, and she was very easy to be honest with.
