I brought my car in to repair part of the underbody after I ran over something, and they were excellent to work with. They communicated clearly once they determined what needed to be repaired and then did an outstanding job completing the work. They also gave me a very fair price, which helped build even more trust. Throughout the process from dropping off my car to receiving estimates and picking it up, I interacted with three or four different people, and each one was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

I had my SUV Passport 2024 services with Sudden impact at the begining of last year due to rear ended accident by another vehicle The service received was excellent from.the minute that I walked in to the minute I pickup my car after repair. The job done was outstanding My SUV was back to new I am so grateful for all the information and guidance received to make best decision in reference to what insurance use to repair my car since the other individual insurance was not the best. My 2005 Honda Accord’s headlights had yellowed over time. Brian and the Sudden Impact team crushed installing new headlights. They’re so crisp and bright. My car looks new again! Their process is smooth. Customer service is top notch. They’re the best, for sure.
