This car wash is great everything always works tons of soap in the self serve

Pulled into the second bay to rinse off my car! Turned the knob to rinse and go! Swiped my debit card since I had no change! It said $1.75! Rinsed off my car and left! The next day they charged my card $20! I called multiple numbers! All disconnected but one! He never returned my call or text! Stopped to speak the guy who manages it and lives above the car wash! He wouldn’t answer the door! Reported him to BBB! They couldn’t contact him either! Finally called my bank and reported the fraudulent charge! Do not use this car wash!! The owner is horrible! He will fraudulently over charge you! And so far no one can find him to resolve any issues! STAY CLEAR!!!

Swiped for a $2.50 payment, pended in my account at $10 and cleared as a $20 payment! Complete scam! Please report any similar issues.

I have used this self serve car wash for years and never had a problem. Today I put 5$ in the 3rd bay for the water to turn on for 2 seconds and immediately shut off. The display flashes more $1.25. I could not get any of the options to work. When I call the 1-800 number posted in the bays they say it's their equipment but they don't own the car wash. I had to walk to the drive thru car wash to find the name of this place, look it up on my phone to find the owner's number. The phone rings and rings with no answer! This is no way to run a business. So I guess they will pocket my money this time, sadly enough....I won't be back with this customer service!

Car wash does not work and will not refund money or give receipts, (6) 1 star reviews says this place blows as it doesn’t even work, should be fraud as owner won’t pickup phone or return calls for a refund. Will be reporting too BBB better business bureau for second time this place has taken money from me and didn’t provide services.
