The proprietor is built a nice business, but everything was frozen. The car washes that I have seen have heat in the coin boxes. It dries them out and it keeps the ice from forming over the controls. The set up here was poorly put together it was completely unusable in 9° weather. I needed to use the high pressure washer to flush the ice out of the rims of the car because they were thumping on the interstate. It's a nice car wash but it's badly set up. They need the weep system to operate all the time when they're below 15 degrees and the coin boxes and controls need to have heat. The maintenance practice is here are foolish at best. If it's cold out, go somewhere else.

$15 ultimate was ultimately a mistake. Bay 2 8:00 am no under spray, no soap, no wax. Car is almost dirtier than when I went in if that is possible. Don’t waste your money phone number “can’t be completed as dialed” to try and reach a resolution. Go else where drive through a puddle or wait for rain.

Paid for the $11 auto wash, and it never rinsed the driver side of the car, the air dry, or the rain-x. Then i had to go and pay to use manual bay just to hose my car off to get soap off of it.

I don’t know why I keep trying the automatic car wash. $15 wasted every time. The automatic car wash is terrible. It can’t even remove A small amount of dirt from a car sitting out in the rain. Both of my vehicles have ceramic coating and are super easy to wash and yet this car wash can’t even slightly clean them.. The “spray” of tri-foam was Two small little streams sprayed onto the top of the car. Wish I could rate this car wash a zero. One day, I’ll learn my lesson and quit giving them chances hoping that it will do a better job this time.

Paid my money, machine broke down while washing car in front of me. Nobody to get refund from.
