Went there in October of '25, hadn't had issues prior until this time. Went through the soft touch bay and got home to find my car filled with paint chips and scratches. One scratch on the hood was 12 inches long. Had another scratch connecting between the 2 passenger doors at 16 inches long. The 3rd major scratch was a few inches long, but it is a very deep and a very noticeable scratch, where I have had people point it out to me, and tell me how deep it is. I contacted the email listed on the receipt and the next day Eddie replied asking me to fill out a damage report he provided. After a few days I sent that back to him with a photo album full of pictures around my car showing areas of damage. He then went silent and I hadn't heard anything. I went there a few months ago only to have the car wash "sprinkle" some water on my car to then send me through to the dryers. No washing at all. I reported it, they called me back and gave me 2 "free" washes (really only one free, because the first wash didn't work). I went back for a second time - this time it was another issue! Again, Reported it and Eddie had called me back. He tried to give me more washes. I told him i was done because I already fooled with this tactic. He convinced me to try again. I went back for a wash and it was adequate. I went back with my truck the same week and the under-carriage wash was worthless - minimal pressure. I sent him photos of the wheel wells and the running boards which were unphased by the wash. He responded with photo's of me with my v

I tried the touch free cash wash. $15. Was charged $16.26. I’ve never been through a car wash that didn’t work tax into the car wash fee which is already pretty high. Only half the vehicle was dry as driers are weak. The only thing I liked was it was a very open, easy to drive into bay. I’ll try other places.

Had been here a few times in the past and does and "ok" wash. This last time will be my last. Their was left over soap all over my car and not only that half my car(bottom down) still had a bunch of dirt that it didn't even look like the wash did anything. My tires, door and undercarriage were still full of dirt(yes, I got the higher grade wash).

When the carwash wasn't working right, I called the number posted and they got back to me and gave me a free wash after it was repaired. Truck came out spotless!
